Terms and Conditions for Saree Products

1. Product Information

All sarees are described with the highest accuracy possible, including fabric, color, size, and design. However, slight variations in color and pattern may occur due to lighting in images or screen display settings.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Payment methods may include online transfers, card payments, or other digital wallets as offered at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be charged at the price at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) are not the responsibility of the seller.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sarees must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized sarees cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Any defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting images may be requested for verification.
  • Replacement or refund will be issued only after confirmation of the defect/damage.

  • Data will only be used for order processing, delivery, and communication related to the purchase.
